Data Shadow

Artist Mark Farid's Data Shadow installation aims to encourage the public to question the privacy they sacrifice by using an internet connected mobile phone. Just what are you agreeing to share? Data Shadow was an individual experience (one participant at a time), taking place in a 8 x 2m shipping container in central Cambridge. During their journey through the container, the participant came face to face with their own, personal data shadow.

Stolen

Over the course of a month, we wired tables all over London with a microphone. Duck-taped to the bottom of table, we stole peoples stories. This film, is one of
those stories.

Shot in RAW using Magic Lanten on a Canon 5DMKIII.

Natasha Blades A/W 15

A/W 15 is a fashion collection from Natasha Blades which focuses largely on the idea of being disconnected from the technicalities and complexities of our over developed western world.

The direction of the film helps to emphasise the nomadic theme with a contemporary twist; stripping back the simplicity of the cat walk and letting only the location determine context.

Filmed on a Red Epic, using slow motion to accentuate the movement, flow and textures.

Seeing I

Seeing I is a social-artistic experiment that questions
how much of the individual is an inherent personality and how large a portion of the individual is a cultural identity. For 24 hours a day for 28 days, Mark Farid will wear a Virtual Reality Headset through which he will experience life through another person’s eyes and ears; who for this project will be known as the Input.
